Sjogren's/B-Cell Stuff
I seem to notice darkness allows the accumulation of bad antibodies, so I put white sheets over the head and foot of my bed. I have put 12 volt automotive screw on strobes both in the attic and crawl space. Also hung white reflectors in the middle of most walls. That seems to help along with air blasting every hard black surface. I suspect metal particles in the air as causing problems. The black cheap magnet strips didn't do anything. Eventually, I found neodymium magnets hanging from the HVAC registers to be effective with a curtain of tape around them.
