B-Cell (Sjogren) Update
Didn't notice that time of day matters for lymphatic drainage massage. I did it at night and I barely light my house. So technically, they are correct that it doesn't help with the caveat of in light. Discovered that 4mm of neoprene laid over the affected area allows it to work when the sun is out.
