Sacroiliac Joint Cushions

I've been in agony for a very long time. They finally did a fluoroscopy guided steroid injection which barely scratched the surface, but the numbing compound definitely worked temporarily.  Now I have the area, I've been working on making it happy. Most effort seems to be dampening vertical vibrations, but I can literally feel the house shake in the XY axis. I need it disconnected, some telescopes float on oil like the Sofia. I thought the slack in a turntables would be enough or the sliding mechanism in car seats, but I found something better. I have polypropylene house wrap, from the orange apron, for light blocking experiments. So I stacks 3+ sheets inside an $5 Ikea seat cushion and it hit the spot. I've also stacked them under the feed of my bed too. The layers cannot be connected, so you can't just fold it.

Sjogren's/B-Cell Stuff - Cleaning

I've pretty much proved to myself that manufacturing dust cause issues. It appears they are good for a day or so, but once they oxidize things get painful like screws or plastic. So pretty much everything that isn't washed, like clothes or dishes, needs to dusted. Compressed air cans work fine, but a power duster like XPower duster off Ebay for $40 works great. My biggest source for bad reflected light appears to have been the kitchen pantry and the electric duster took care of that quite nicely.
